Childbirth Education

A childbirth education class is required if this is your first baby and "strongly recommended" if this is your first out of hospital birth.

In this class, we cover multiple topics, including preparing for childbirth mentally, emotionally, and physically. We also discuss postpartum and what to expect when bringing home baby.

With interactive exercises, the goal is to walk away with a sturdy foundation and feeling prepared to take on the journey of parenthood!

This class is held every month for a 3 week period.
