In this class, we cover multiple topics, including preparing for childbirth mentally, emotionally, and physically. We also discuss postpartum and what to expect when bringing home baby.
With interactive exercises, the goal is to walk away with a sturdy foundation and feeling prepared to take on the journey of parenthood!
This class is held every month for a 3 week period.

Our breastfeeding class will be once per month, on the last Saturday of each month at 10 – 11:30 am. Breastfeeding classes are held at 26615 Oak Ridge Dr. across the street from the Nativiti office. The cost is $25 per couple for Nativiti clients and $40 per couple for non-Nativiti clients. This class is taught by Sherri Urban, BSN, RN, IBCLC. Registration required. Please call 281-296-2333.
